Our Club
The WWPHS South Red Cross Club is a community service organization, which works with the American Red Cross of Central New Jersey. We host blood, food, and card drives for the chapter and teach children Halloween, Fire, First Aid, and Water safety. We also make generous donations to the local chapter through various fundraisers, most notably, Code Red and our bi-annual Blood drive. With over 280 members, we are the largest club at South and Red Cross Club in our area and offer tons of service opportunities. WWPHS South Red Cross Club truly makes a difference in our community.
Our Youth Council
The Youth Council
is a group that works under the American Red Cross of Central New
Jersey, which serves the Mercer, Middlesex and Hunterdon communities. It
is
composed of all the high school Red Cross club officers in the Central
New Jersey area, and is most known for its annual fundraiser event, Code Red. This event
is aimed at raising money to support many of the local chapter's
programs and the Measles Initiative. The Youth Council educates and
encourages the involvement of all Red Cross volunteers in various
community programs to make a difference in our community.
