Recruit Donors
The blood bank is always in need of donations. High schools supply 8% of the blood transfusion needs of patients at our local hospitals. The more donors we recruit, the more we will be able to fill that need. Recruit your eligible family members, friends, teachers, neighbors, co-workers, classmates, and anyone else you know. You will make our Blood Drive successful and help us save more lives.
How can I recruit?
Pick up sign up forms from the school library or print out the forms below. Put your FULL name and grade on the top right hand corner of the sign up form to receive credit, a 1/2 hour for every two sign ups. After you recruit someone, either have them turn it in to the Red Cross Blood Drive box (also located in the library) or turn the form in yourself. You cannot recruit yourself.
Recruiting documents will be available soon after the February-March meeting.

Supply Refreshments
Refreshments will be given to donors after their donation to ensure that their blood sugar levels are safe and secure before they go on with their day.
How can I help?
Make or buy snacks. Drop off the food BEFORE school starts on October 26th in the New Gym. Label the food with your FULL name and grade. Make sure a person in a leadership position (officer, chairperson, or committee member) checks the food in so that you can receive credit. A plate of cookies is about a 1/2 hour.
